Excellent little hotel with friendly, charming staff. Superb interiors and location

The hotel is charming, and its interiors are beautiful and well-designed. Most of the staff were very helpful, but one person was quite grumpy if we're honest. This is not something you'd expect at a four-star hotel.

The property is amazing, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We were welcomed with home made chocolate cake. The room was spacious and the facilities were modern and great quality. The location is perfect too. So close to h the e jardin public with a great playground, natural history museum and a great carousel. The restaurant food was delicious but not really good if you’re dairy free or gluten free.

Boutique hotel with amazing and friendly staff. We appreciated the connection they made with one of the vendors for taking a tour in the city. The suite we were upgraded to was great in terms of the area. Comfy beds and spacious bathroom which is rare in France!

We are generally pragmatic travellers and do not indulge in this sort of “experience” hotel, but the Yndo is exceptionally well appointed and well located. We - including our small dog - thoroughly enjoyed our room, the generous breakfast, the originally furnished common rooms, and a peaceful courtyard. The staff were attentive and very patient with our requests. Within easy walking distance of many shops and sights.

An excellent stay. The staff, Romane, Mariette. Jaime and the Housekeeping team all work together. Crazy Room was super comfortable. Shower was really delicious. Some accommodations had to be made to conform to an older structure, but they did a good job creating this hotel. We had one meal at the hotel and it was very good as was the wine list.

Amazing location, staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Facilities such as the steamer and the hairdryer were of great quality.

Beautifully restored historic mansion building tastefully furnished in modern art pieces. Many famous landmarks are within walking distance. Several excellent restaurants are nearby. Staff is friendly. Property is immaculate.

The hotel is extremely stylish and is centrally located being just a short stroll to the main areas of Bordeaux. We had a pre-dinner drink on the terrace. Beautifully presented and it was a very enjoyable environment to be in. Overall a lovely hotel and we would return if travelling to Bordeaux again.

Divine boutique hotel. Bordeaux is a beautiful city and staying at Yndo Hotel makes it an experience you'll want to do again and again. Agnes and her staff are exceptional. Every request was catered to with a smile and professionalism and their suggestions for restaurants were fantastic. If you want to ensure a great stay in Bordeaux you should definitely stay at Yndo. And if you do stay make sure you start your day with their breakfast - best selection of home baked breads, croissants, cakes and probably my favourite granola ever and that's not even all that's on offer. So glad we stayed at Yndo - hoping to return and wouldn't even contemplate staying anywhere else.
